Compared with traditional five-axis CNC tool grinder,  BT-150DS has one more axis for grinding wheel inclination.It is  flexible enough to grind PCD & PCBN rotary tools,nonstandard  carbide insert by means of special fixture and software packages.  Probe or video measurement system can be equipped according  to user requirements. So carbide tool resharpening and small tool  production is also possible on this machine.
