DM100 五轴数控工具磨床可配用人机对话式数控系统，既能G代码编程，又能使用刀具软件。系统使用安全、稳定、便捷、抗电磁干扰强。可通过以太接口、USB2.0实现CNC与PC之间的程序传输，以最短的加工准备时间一键启动，使生产力得以大幅度提高。配有三维模拟软件，以对话框的方式显示刀具加工的必要参数，参数输入后进行刀具模拟可显示刀具三维图形及机床磨削步骤。

DM100 is be equipped with an advanced human-computer interactive  CNC system, which can not only program with G-code, but also use tool  software. The system is safe, stable, convenient to use, and has strong  resistance to electromagnetic interference. Program transfer between  CNC and PC can be achieved through Ethernet interface and USB2.0,  which can start with the shortest processing preparation time with one  click, greatly improving productivity. Equipped with 3D simulation  software, the necessary parameters for tool processing are displayed in a  dialog box. After inputting the parameters, tool simulation can display  the 3D graphics of the tool and the grinding steps of the machine tool.
