WM-200 走心式高精度数控段差磨床，该设备搭配段差专用CAM软件，提供多种形状模块供选择、也可CAD绘图导入，自动生成加工代码程序;三维轨迹仿真模拟加工操作、设定、修改参数简单快捷。走心式粗磨、精磨双磨头结构，使得砂轮加工面摆脱从外圆面磨削量小，效率低的问题以端面作为粗加工切削面，加工量大，加工效率高，同时针对小直径段差工件更具优势。

This device is equipped with specialized CAM software for segment difference, providing multiple shape modules for selection, and can also be  imported into CAD drawings to automatically generate machining code  programs; the 3D trajectory simulation machining makes operations, sets,  and modifies parameters easily and quickly. The walking center type rough  grinding and fine grinding dual head structure eliminates the problem of  small grinding amount and low efficiency from the outer circular surface of  the grinding wheel processing surface. The end face is used as the rough  machining cutting surface, which has a large processing amount and high  processing efficiency. At the same time, it has more advantages for small  diameter segment difference workpieces.
